Overviewing the trending of world retreading industry, low temperature curing technology is getting more popular than that of in high temperature. The pre-curing tread has become the world main stream of retreading. The retreading technology with wing has been broadly used in European industry!

Low curing temperature processing is the core technology Tong Ta in applying with top grade quality in domestic market; particularly the development of wing type technology in recently years has taken the lead in this field, with better appearance and lower failure low temperature retreading tires.

Is wing embedded series applicable to the high speed driving as well?

Of course, either ZA3 or GM3 is available for selection as they are made in low temperature process that even in high speed on highway will not cause tread explosion due to high temperature (the buffer layer is easy to separate due to high temperature).

How to use wing embedded series products?

Select suitable wing embedded tire with right patterns (straight/ block/ deep groove) according to the variety of vehicles.
Inflate the tire correct pressure (too high or too low tire pressure will cause tire shoulder deformed abnormally and cause accident).

Why low pre-curing temp. wing embedded products are better than that of the high temp ?

As low pre-curing temperature is able to protect casing during curing process from damaging the steel ply and its structural strength.

The characteristics of steel ply is its high loading and for high speed. When a retreaded tire is utilized again, it should be still kept the preceded properties, and by using low temperature process can achieve this effect. (if using high temperature instead, it will result in higher defects).

Better appearance by low pre-curing temperature can be achieved. If the vehicle is turning or revolving in a confined space, the wing embedded product shall disperse the point the stress as occurred away from the joint of tread and tire body (by pulling downward) that the separation will not occur.
